it actually what you are looking for in the in the product. I know there are people telling you get the ipad but you got to think about why you want either product. The ipod touch is smaller, portable, and easier to be carry around anywhere. ipad bigger, wifi or 3g(depending on model u buy), and features of ipod touch and more. Basically it come to size if you want just want something you want to travel with just to listen to music and play games get the ipod touch. if you want something with better graphics, 3g network where you could get internet access anywhere(depending on model), and the newly design interface and custom made app like ebooks i recommend the ipad. i honestly would get both if i had the money because the ipod touch i would take if i m going on a drive and the ipad so it will be like my net book where i go on trips and airplanes rides or when going to a hotel n that where i truly recommend the 3g network because it a pain spending money on hotel internet which is stupid.
okay well im assuming your not getting to ipod touch for the ipod then? because if your getting it mostly because its an ipod, the ipad is huuuge and you wont be able to carry it around casually and listen to it. if its not the ipod feature that makes you want an ipod touch & you want something a little less portable than an ipod touch go for the ipad. The ipod touch is basically a mini computer, and the ipad is basically a larger mini-computer. I think there are pros and cons to both and you should really look into it before you purchase either one. but really in the end your comparing two completely different products.
