Last trade would be the last trade that was actually completed, real-time would be the current bid-ask spread price.

Real-time is the real-time price, last trade is the price 10 minutes ago (the quote is being delayed for 10 minutes.)
There is no difference if the quote was in real-time.

1.- last trade quote means the stock price used in last trade.
– real time stock quotes means current stock price
2. the actual price is real time quotes
3. it is a useful information for investors.
