Looking at stock prices on Yahoo Finance, each stock shows two different prices: Last Trade and Real-Time. Both numbers are updating constantly, but they’re always a little different. Which is the actual price? And why bother listing anything other than the actual price?

Real-time is the real-time price, last trade is the price 10 minutes ago (the quote is being delayed for 10 minutes.)
There is no difference if the quote was in real-time.

Last trade would be the last trade that was actually completed, real-time would be the current bid-ask spread price.
